HOW DOES THE RECRUITING PROCESS FLOW AND WHAT DOES IT REQUIRE?

The launch of the operations will proceed formally through an employment contract offer. Once the offer has been accepted, the matching related to the starting project will be initiated according to separately agreed terms. We monitor the service market daily and are actively in contact with both existing and potential customers.

Usually, the employment contract is signed at the stage when the starting project is confirmed. In this case, the work begins within the notice period. If necessary, the employment contract can also be signed to enter into force at a later date, as agreed on a case-by-case basis.

To start the process, please allow some time for the following measures:

  1. Compiling your professional presentation into our presentation template.

  2. Filling out a self-assessment form according to the area you represent.

  3. Producing a short (1–3 minutes) introductory video, which we use as a complementary part of the presentation in one-on-one situations.
