SAP Project Manager Integration  (~80 - 90 k/y, Helsinki-FI)

Join our interesting customer development project team in media sector.

We are looking for an experienced Integration Stream Lead / Project Manager to join a large-scale S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP implementation for our client in the media industry. The project is currently in the realization phase, focusing on integrating existing procurement applications into the new ERP and rolling out the full solution across multiple countries.

Role Overview:

The consultant will manage all activities related to the integration stream. This includes end-to-end coordination of integration delivery, detailed planning and progress tracking, reporting to project leadership, and aligning work across internal teams and external partners. You will collaborate closely with developers, process stream leads, and the automation team, which will take over integration ownership post-project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the integration stream, ensuring all required integrations are identified, tracked, and documented for future rollouts
  • Coordinate integration design and validation across stakeholders
  • Oversee development according to the delivery model, including reviewing and approving specifications
  • Manage resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests
  • Report to the PMO and Project Director and support rollout and release planning
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, clear communication, and effective cross-stream collaboration

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT integration delivery, preferably within finance, HR, or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of SAP integration development and delivery
  • Experience with European-wide technology or ERP implementations
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite is a strong plus
  • Excellent English communication skills; Finnish and Spanish are considered an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, lead teams, and work under pressure
  • Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude

Contract Details:

  • Start: As soon as possible. End April 2027
  • Location: Hybrid, 1–2 days/week onsite at customer office at Helsinki
  • Language: English
  • Full-time and permanent.
