Principle

Percentage of consultant's monthly invoicing based on customer work is used to pay salaries. 

The percentage models available are 70%, 73.5%, and 77%. The fixed salaries of the models are 5050 €, 4050 € and 3150 €, respectively.

Fixed salary is intended for a use case where the previous project has ended and the new one has not yet begun. Such a case may one day occur, considering the nature of business. In practise, fixed salary can be considered as a quaranteed salary. 

In conversion from invoicing to gross salary, social security expenses and holiday accruals are deducted, the rest is paid as salary.

From the company's share is paid for insurance, commissions, occupational health services, tools, administrative services and other purchased services. Covering also the expected return on investment i.e. premium.

Example

Set the number of invoicable hours to 165 (22 days * 7.5 h/day) and the price ~80-110€/h, which represents the range of the consultant's work input depending from the role, seniority, contract routing (direct customer vs. subcontractor), etc. factors.

Annual holiday pay is applied according to the average earnings of the year of determination of the holiday (1.4.-31.3.). Holiday bonus is 50 % of the annual holiday pay. Holiday bonus is paid when you go on holiday. Annual holiday pay is paid upon return from holiday.

EQUALITY percentage model is the same for everyone.
