Join our interesting ongoing customer development project as a Senior Developer!

We are seeking an AI-native Senior Software Developer to strengthen our customer development team in a brownfield environment. This is a pivotal project where the developer will operate in a senior role while simultaneously introducing strong internal AI expertise and best practices for AI-driven software development to the organization.

The project has identified a need for an experienced developer capable of working at the architectural level. The selected individual will join a team developing an existing system and will be responsible for a significant portion of the technical design and implementation.

Core Objectives

The primary goal is to leverage AI-native development within brownfield projects. The developer is expected to support the organization in systematically utilizing AI for both the further development of legacy systems and the building of new solutions. The role also involves implementing AI solution practices across other projects.

This position requires excellent interaction and communication skills, as the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and the ability to identify, justify, and promote development best practices within the organization.

Technologies and Tools

  • Software Development: C#, .NET, REST API, Azure (Microsoft technology stack)
  • AI-Assisted Development:
  • GitHub Copilot,
  • Claude Code (foundational level)
  • The organization's proprietary trained AI agent, used for rapid domain knowledge acquisition and development support

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple development workstreams in parallel
