Seasoned Data Analyst  (~75 - 85 k/y, Helsinki-FI, ONSITE)

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment? Join our customer team as a Data Analyst in the banking sector and play a key role in shaping data-driven solutions that deliver real business value.

The main goal of this initiative is to ensure that client can submit an advanced IRB (Internal Ratings-Based) application to the ECB (European Central Bank) by establishing a robust, governed, and automated data delivery process to the modelling team.

The key achievements expected:

  • Data mapping to cover both retail and non-retail data across all of clients entities. Any gaps in the data deliveries, must be identified and logged to respective development backlogs.
  • The expected achievement is a fully automated, governed, and compliant data delivery process that meets regulatory requirements, supports business operations, and is aligned with project milestones and cost management practices.
  • All gaps and risks will be transparently managed and tracked to ensure successful delivery and ongoing operational efficiency.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Knowledge in SQL, Excel, Python and PowerBI is needed.
  • Good knowledge about finance products and the finance industry in general.

Nice to have knowledge:

  • Experience with Hadoop
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Previous work experience from financing companies

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Allocation: 100%

Language: Fluent in English

Contract:

  • Start: January '26.
  • Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite at customer office in Helsinki
  • Language: English
  • Full-time.
