Seasoned IT Analyst  (~70 - 80 k/y, Helsinki-FI, ONSITE)

Join our interesting customer development project team in Retail & Mobile Payments | Helsinki (Hybrid)

You will play a key role in driving the IT requirements process, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications to support IT design and development.

Your Role

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for payment-related IT solutions.
  • Bridge business needs and technical implementation through structured analysis.
  • Work independently on complex challenges in a hybrid team environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT projects, including 3+ years as an IT Analyst.
  • Solid background as an IT Analyst and/or Developer.
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on approach.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of payment systems and standards (e.g., MX/ISO 20022).
  • Proficiency in Data Mapping, Process Modelling, and Data Migration.
  • Skilled in SQL, UI prototyping, and user interface design.
  • Experience working on technically complex projects and tools within specific platforms.

Summary

  • Location: Helsinki (2–3 days per week onsite at the customer office in Helsinki, Finland)
