Seasoned IT Analyst  (~75 - 85 k/y, Helsinki, HYBRID)

Join our interesting customer development project team for our client in the banking sector. We are now looking for a Senior IT Analyst. You will play a key role in driving the IT requirements process, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications to support IT design and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies(in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions).
  • Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements by cooperating with different stakeholders e.g. architects, developers, testers, business, legal.
  • Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
  • Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development.
  • Being responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement.
  • Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub.
  • Verify developed solutions by conducting test results.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Must-have knowledge and experience:

  • Technically savvy, good understanding of IT work (eg. work in/with operations is a bonus)
  • Ability and willingness to work in supporting role for platform users (onboardings, troubleshooting etc.) (eg. experience in support function or training others is a bonus)
  • Strong in analysis, deduction and conceptualization
  • Ability to drive and coordinate the work with others
  • Ability to work with processes and product development
  • Good skills in written communication and creating documentation
  • Experience on both working with the requirements and testing
  • Should be able to write test scripts in Robot Framework
  • Should have some knowledge about API Platform

An advantage would be:

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
  • Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API.
  • Knowledge of PSD2,PSD3/PSR.
