Lead Power Platform Developer, #D365 (~85-95 k/y, weekly onsite in Hki or Oulu)

Kontraktori ANALYTICS is looking for a Lead Developer for finance sector having experience with Power Platform and D365 CRM.

We are looking for an individual who is having a permanent residence in Finland at the moment and who is able to work onsite on weekly basis either in Helsinki or Oulu.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Working on the more challenging technical concepts and figuring out the optimal solutions for the whole customers CRM ecosystem with other lead developers.
  • Participate wealth management business areas CRM transition towards group solution.
  • Building a craftmanship culture in the development community, by leading and mentoring other developers.
  • Maintaining the ecosystem development quality by helping other devs when needed, while setting the standards for other developers with best practices and ways of working so they can learn to help themselves.

Key to succeed in this role; you have extensive hands-on D365 and Power Platform configuration and customization experience, willingness to learn new things and you enjoy working within a team and are also willing to share your experiences among stakeholders. You work in proactive way, take initiative and have positive attitude even when challenging situations.

Competencies needed:

  • Several years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform development/configuration (Sales, Customer service).
  • You have relevant and valid D365 and Power Platform certifications for this role.
  • Several years of experience in CRM development, which enables you to understand how things work under the hood, not just on the UI level where configuration happens with Dynamics.
  • Experience in architecting and navigating complex environments, with a strong understanding of both high-level and hands-on implementation is highly valuated.
  • Software engineering or similar theoretical background.
  • Driven and entrepreneurial working ethic.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience in working in large and complex IT system renewal programs, CRM renewal experience is seen as a plus.
  • Experience on DevOps and setting up CI/CD pipelines is seen as a plus.

Contract type: Temporary with an option for permanent

Location: Helsinki metropolitan area or Oulu

Allocation: 100%

Assignment start date: Asap 

Duration: 9 months

Language: Proficient in English (Finnish is a plus)
